Online Research Study

Follow these easy steps:

1) Open this Website: https://bbtest.ecc.edu/    

 

You will be COURSE 1: If your birthday falls on an odd number for example your birthday is on the 13th    

(username and password is student1) 

 

You will be COURSE 2: If your birthday falls on an even number for example your birthday is on the 22nd

(username and passsword are student2) 
 

2) Sign in as student1   or    student2  based on the group you are (see above)

* Note: If you are having difficulties signing in, you can still open the courses 

 

3) Cllick on Courses and then “Online Research Study” folder

 

4) Click on the title of the course to open it for your group. (Course 1_Online Survey or Course 2_OnlineSurvey)
    

5) Interact with the course.  The course opens automatically to these same instructions on the “Research Study” page. You can move on to the rest of the course site using the left-hand menu to complete the tasks. (Go to lessons, etc.)  
 

6) Complete the 5 tasks (listed on the research instructions) to the best of your ability. Don’t struggle, just attempt each task for 2-4 minutes. 

 

7 Complete the survey for your group using the survey link  in the course from the left menu in the course. 

 

8) After all the data is gathered and your participation is complete, you will be contacted and will be given a $2 coffee from Tim Horton's within 2 weeks

 

TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE:  20- 30 MINUTES!
